The whole process can take up to 48 hours.
to login for desktop/laptop Microsoft 365 online. For those who check more than 1 email account, you will need to follow these directions for each account you check

add your email and password and that will bring you to your outlook online account

PLEASE LOG OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU ARE LOGGED INTO CURRENT ACCOUNT
- GO TO https://outlook.office.com/mail/inbox
- THAT WILL TAKE YOU TO SIGN IN PAGE AND YOU SHOULD SEE PICK YOUR ACCOUNT PAGE
- ADD another account... click use another account
- YOU WILL ON THE SIGN IN PAGE
- ENTER THE EMAIL ACCOUNT YOU WANT TO CHECK
- click on work or school account
- enter email and password if IT'S not already there
- sign in
- YOUR ACCOUNT
- LOG OUT TO ADD ANOTHER ACCOUNT
- AFTER LOGGING OUT AND WANT TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNTS.. WHEN YOU LOG IN, ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS SHOULD BE IN FRONT OF YOU. JUST CLICK ON WHICH ACCOUNT YOU WANT TO SEE
IF YOU DON'T SEE THIS PAGE ONCE YOU ADD ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS, I WILL HAVE TO SEE AND LOGIN REMOTELY TO SET UP FOR YOU. THIS IS THE EASIEST WAY TO CHECK MULTIPLE MICROSOFT EMAILS.
